Show Choir Support: You Are Not Alone

ELCO ROCS sings "You Will Be Found" while FaceTiming Warwick's show choir

Last week, Warwick High School suffered another tragic loss of one of their students. In heartbreaking situations like these, it is hard to know how we can show love and support to those who need it, but it is still very important that we do. This past Monday, the show choir at ELCO High School (ROCS) pondered what they could do to show Warwick that they are not alone. They decided to learn and record the song "You Will Be Found," from the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen, and to send it to Warwick's show choir. In one hour, ROCS was not only able to perform the song and record it--they were also able to FaceTime Warwick's show choir and sing it directly to them. This is such an inspiring example of uplifting others, and it is so important that students come together in support for the Warwick community in this time.

The losses the Warwick community has experienced over the past few months are heartbreaking and tragic, and we extend our thoughts, love, and support to those affected by these tragedies.
