ELCO Education Foundation Pancake Breakfast

Hello everyone! After a short hiatus, ELCO Cares is back! This week, we will be featuring the National Honor Society members who volunteered at the ELCO Education Foundation Pancake breakfast last Saturday morning, the day of the homecoming dance. Students who volunteered included Julia Badalato, Deziree Balthaser, Elizabeth Lattanze, and Tanisha Grewal. We interviewed Julia Badalato to learn more about her experience.

Julia stated that duties they performed at the breakfast included clearing plates and wiping down tables. She then expressed, “Overall, the experience was very rewarding to see how appreciative the ELCO Education committee was that we were able to help them out.”

Thank you Julia and the rest of the NHS members who participated in this community service activity during such a busy homecoming week.
